What would happen if targeted parents all over the country asked “family court” judges to “impute” their income to TRILLIONS? Wouldn’t title iv-d funding tied to their pensions break the federal budget? Isn’t a “family court” judge “imputing” income to a payor a form of fraud on the federal government?

They will intentionally grant more parenting time/ custody to the less competent parent because it generates more revenue
