The court using the word FAILED in reference to a parent (who is barred by unconstitutional therefore ILLEGAL and fraudulent court orders) who did not exercise their GOD given parental rights = proof that those court orders were fraudulent, illegal, and unconstitutional. The use of the word FAILED in this context is incriminating, abusive, and retaliatory.
