New Hampshire State Supreme Court Justice Anna Barbara Hantz-Marconi was indicted by a Grand Jury on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024. The 7 charges returned by a true bill, 2 felonies and 5 misdemeanors, can best be described as Government Corruption and Abuse of Judicial Power.
The official press release from the Attorney General’s office describes the seven counts:
“Justice Hantz Marconi is charged with two class B felonies – one count of Attempt to Commit Improper Influence and one count of Criminal Solicitation of Improper Influence. Justice Hantz-Marconi is also charged with five class A misdemeanors – two counts of Criminal Solicitation of Misuse of Position, one count of Criminal Solicitation of Official Oppression, one count of Official Oppression, and one count of Obstructing Government Administration.”
Strangely, Attorney General Formela goes on to state, “No person is above the law, and the evidence in this case required investigation and presentation to the grand jury,” and “The decision to charge a sitting Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court was not made lightly, and it comes after careful and thoughtful deliberation. It is my hope that the public will be reassured that all individuals, including public officials, are treated equally under the law.”
While I have been calling and emailing him and other officers of the State, including Governor Sununu regarding fraud in the Courts in my case for over two years while they cover it up. Here is the Motion to Recuse Justice Hantz-Marconi in 2023 for Gender Bias that was denied illegally by the entire Supreme Court; excepts:
MOTION FOR RECUSAL OF THE HONORABLE ASSOCIATE JUSTICE HANTZ-MARCONI
Here comes Robert Tanguay, Appellant to this Honorable Supreme Court in the great State of New Hampshire, and pleads so:
1. Supreme Court Rule 2.11 Disqualification (A) states :
“A judge shall disqualify himself or herself in any proceeding in which the judge’s impartiality might reasonably be questioned, including but not limited to the following circumstances: (1) The judge has a personal bias or prejudice concerning a party or a party’s lawyer, or personal knowledge of facts that are in dispute in the proceeding.”

5. Opposing Counsel, Heidi Ames, sits on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Bar Association and the University of New Hampshire Alumni , while being Vice-Chair of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
6. The Honorable Justice Hantz-Marconi is not only a Shero of the Woman’s Bar Association, but a sustaining
member, meaning she pays money to this lobby. This lobby’s expressed intent and action is to gain equity based solely on gender by networking with judges, educators and government officials to create systems of oppression, or “public service initiatives that focus on improving the lives of women and children in New Hampshire.” They do this by gerrymandering the Family Courts to deprive men of money and parental rights.
Justice Hantz-Marconi – Domestic Violence Coalition Collusion
The Governor of New Hampshire and Domestic Violence Coalition have built a political patronage racket through protection and financial incentive. Governor Sununu appoints all Judges, and Supreme Court Justices, including Justice Hantz-Marconi, with the Domestic Violence Coalition – Lyn Schollett (via the Judicial Selection Committee), while she lobbies for grant money and sits on the Governor’s Domestic Violence Task Force (lead by Justice Hantz-Marconi).
The Judicial Nomination Process
In the State of New Hampshire, Judges are appointed by the Governor and approved by the 5 member Executive Council. The process begins with the Judicial Selection Commission, which is a group of former judges, lawyers and business owners that run applications through the Bar Association or Governor.
